GENERAL RETURN POLICY — JEWELRY, HANDBAGS & ACCESSORIES

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

IMPORTANT: This policy applies to jewelry, handbags, accessories, and other non-dress merchandise. Dresses are covered under our separate Dress Return & Exchange Policy located below.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Thank you for shopping with Vanity By Alexis. Please note that all sales of jewelry, handbags, accessories, and other non-dress merchandise are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except in the case of merchandise that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

EXCEPTIONS

Exceptions to our Final Sale Policy apply only when:

  • An item is received damaged or defective.
  • An incorrect item was shipped due to an error on our part.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging when applicable.

HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE

  1. Contact us at vanitybyalexis@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Please include clear photos showing any damage or defect, or the incorrect merchandise received.
  2. We will review your request and provide a resolution, return authorization, and return instructions when applicable.
  3. If a return is required, ship the merchandise according to the instructions provided. Customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs when an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped due to an error on our part.

REFUNDS FOR APPROVED EXCEPTIONS

When a refund is determined to be the appropriate resolution for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, the refund will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after the refund has been processed for it to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

PURCHASING A DRESS?

Dresses are not subject to the General Final Sale Policy above.

Please review the Vanity By Alexis Dress Return & Exchange Policy below before purchasing a dress. Eligible dress purchases may be returned within the specified return period for an exchange or store credit only. No refunds are provided for eligible dress returns.

DRESS RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Vanity By Alexis, we want you to feel beautiful and confident in every dress you choose. We understand that occasionally a dress may not fit quite the way you expected. Eligible dress purchases may be returned for an exchange or store credit according to the policy below.

14-Day Return Window

Eligible dresses may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Approved returns are eligible for an exchange or Vanity By Alexis store credit only. We do not issue refunds for dress returns.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange or store credit, the dress must be returned:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • In its original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • Free of makeup, foundation, deodorant, perfume, body odor, stains, pet hair, or other signs of wear or use

Please take care when trying on your dress, particularly when wearing makeup, perfume, or deodorant.

Dresses that appear to have been worn, used for an event, altered, washed, damaged after delivery, or otherwise do not meet our return requirements will not be accepted.

Vanity By Alexis reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions of this policy.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

If your requested size or style is unavailable, an eligible return will be issued as Vanity By Alexis store credit to use toward a future purchase.

Because our inventory may be limited, we cannot guarantee that another size or style will be available when your return is processed.

Store Credit

Once your eligible return has been received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the returned merchandise.

Original shipping charges are not included in store credit and are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the merchandise received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking information until your return has been processed.

Vanity By Alexis is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If you receive a dress that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact Vanity By Alexis within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order information and clear photographs showing the issue. Once reviewed, we will work with you to resolve the problem.

Final Sale & Clearance Items

Items marked Final Sale and clearance merchandise are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing a Final Sale item.

Sizing & Fit

We encourage you to review the sizing information provided with each dress before placing your order. Sizing and fit can vary by style.

If you have questions about the fit or sizing of a dress, please contact us before ordering. We are happy to help you choose the best size whenever possible.

Return Approval

All returns are subject to inspection before an exchange or store credit is issued.

Vanity By Alexis reserves the right to deny a return that does not comply with this policy, including merchandise showing signs of wear, use, alteration, washing, damage, stains, odors, missing tags, or other conditions that prevent the item from being resold as new.
