Thank you for shopping with us. Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
However we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
All items are final sale and non-returnable, non-refundable, and not eligible for exchange. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

The only exception to this policy are:
-items received are damaged and or defective
-items incorrectly shipped due to an error on our part
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns of damaged and/or defective merchandise.
-Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
-Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Contact us at vanitybyalexis@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please provide photos of damaged and/or defective merchandise. We will review and provide a solution.
2. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the items back to us. Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs when item is damaged, defective and/or incorrect.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to appear.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspection your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged or you received the wrong product contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
